Currently, I serve as a Senior Technical Project Manager in the financial sector, delivering cutting-edge technology solutions to safeguard our organization's and clients' two most important assets. My career has been a continuous learning journey, and I have overcome challenges, symbolized by the many skills I've developed throughout my professional life.
I thrive on creating empowered, collaborative teams that deliver on-time, on-budget projects with a focus on quality and compliance. My approach is driven by understanding what motivates people and fostering environments where success naturally follows.
With an extensive background that includes leadership roles such as President of the PMI Dallas Chapter and many certifications, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a diverse skill set to any project. I am committed to being the best partner and resource by understanding the business's needs, and I am always a forward thinker and a continuous learner.
Serving as the Past President of PMI Dallas Chapter and a Sr. Program Leader, I leverage my PMP certification, PMO-CP, and Agile Hybrid skills to deliver strategic change initiatives and shape customer, partner, and employee experiences. With over 10 years of project management experience, I agile hybrid skills and growth mindset enable me to overcome challenges, ensure seamless integration, and deliver value to the organization.
I am also a global public speaker, author, and educator passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise in project management, AI, culture transformation, and leadership. I have presented and facilitated workshops on culture transformation, agile, project management, program management, leadership, and AI at various conferences and events. I am passionate about continuous improvement, lifelong learning, and community service.
