I will be going over my experience with mental health challenges, review ways to get help with mental health, walking through my and others experience getting help with mental health, what does recovery look like, and what we all can do to help with our teams mental health. This is a presentation on awareness, recovery, and hope. Message is tailored for people going through mental health challenges, or someone that has someone they know going through it, as well as for people that have not had or hasn't known anyone with mental health challenges.
